This past weekend my best friend flew to town for her birthday and threw the most fabulous dinner by far! I’m talking 3 course meal, specialty cocktails, fabulous dresses and all! My cousin Tierra, that I’ve mentioned before on IG, has an event planning company called Swanky Rose and helped out with planning this soiree. Check out more details from the party below!

The birthday girl (1st above) wore a gorgeous floral gown, with a really cute feather detail waist belt. The decor was so posh and glamorous! It was a chic little affair with a black and white palette, gold accents, with pops of red rose petals.

 

I was on invitation and menu graphics duty. Kia chose a super cute chalkboard layout with string lights. I added some glitter lettering for a glitz and glamour look.

The food and drinks were amazing! The food was catered by Stacey Lambert from In My Kitchen Catering Co. The lobster mac-n-cheese was definitely a fan favorite! For drinks, the birthday girl made 2 sangrias, a red and white one. I had the red sangria which was simply delicious! Check out the menu above for the details!

It was literally a night to remember and was glad that we all got to spend her birthday together, and in such a fashionable way! If you are in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend using Swanky Rose as your event planner and In My Kitchen Catering as your catering company! Both were amazing and do quality work!
