Hi, I’m Kayla Crosby! Welcome to Pumps and Pouts! I’m just a girl that’s fashion-obsessed and a beauty junkie. I am a lover of all things retro, fashionable, beautiful, & within the domaine. I love to showcase my personal style and try different beauty trends. But more importantly, I love to share all of the awesome things I try with everyone! This is a cool space where I will talk about my latest obsessions within fashion, beauty, and home life.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta but currently live on a farm in the North Georgia Mountains with my husband and son. I have a background in fashion design but now work at one the largest distribution companies in the Southeast as a Contracts Administrator. I started blogging because I needed a creative outlet. Being a designer was, and still, my dream job. However, with there being limited positions in the south I had to venture into other industries to make a living. I didn’t have much time to design on my own like I thought I would, so blogging and content creation filled the void. I ended up falling in love with writing about the things I really enjoy and hope others will enjoy it too!

I am a new, first-time mom and a pandemic mama! I had my little one in March 2020 right when the world became a little chaotic. I am excited for you all to navigate this new chapter in my life with me into motherhood. I have included a new parenting tab so you can join in on the fun, plus I’ll be sharing parenting hacks I’ve learned and products that we love to use for him.
