Hey there, friends! So I received my second PINCHme box last week, but since we were still getting settled into the new house I couldn’t participate for their Sample Tuesday like I intended. Continue to read to find out how I created this dish and how it turned out!

So, I wanted to take this time to reflect on what they were and how to move forward into 2017. Feel free to follow along and give yourself a review to prep for the new year as well!
