How to Organize Your Wardrobe and Plan Outfits Like a Pro!
August 31, 2018
I have been trying to do more fashion posts lately and love the looks I’ve come up with. What really has helped is using the Finery app. You know how on Clueless, Cher was able to pick out her outfits on the computer? It’s pretty much the modern-day version of that! Cool, right?! But it really helps me to see what all I have in my closet, put looks together, and actually utilize what I have. This is one of the looks I actually put together using the app. Keep scrolling to check it out!
Here is my look inspiration from the app. There are two ways you can add items to your closet. It can either populate automatically when you sync your email, finding all of your recent orders. Or you can manually add each item in by searching for it on through the app or uploading your own photo. I did a mixture of both since a lot of the items in my closet were bought either a really long time ago or in-store. Once you add everything, you can create looks! It even shows your outfit inspirations from your favorite retailers or bloggers, recommends items to add to your shopping wishlist, and will notify you when you would need to return by for your online purchases! Check out more of what this outfit looks like in real life!
I am still trying to upload everything to my closet. I didn’t realize how much clothes I had until I started this little project. Needless to say, it’s taking a little longer than I expected. And this is just my spring/summer apparel, I haven’t even pulled fall/winter out to add! SMH But I’m excited to have everything setup through this app and creating looks with it. Technology is something I’ll tell ya! lol

I found this cute polka dot dress from Nordstrom Rack, the bee embellished flats and tassel earrings came from my fave, Shoedazzle. And I actually snagged my Michael Kors Selma satchel on sale from Macy’s! Have you heard of Finery or checked out the app? Using it now, what are your thoughts on it? Loving this polka dot look? Let me know in the comments below!
